TURKEYS NEST RESERVE

Public BBQ

Turkeys Nest Reserve in Beaumont Hills stands as a hidden gem offering spectacular sunset views across Sydney's west to the Blue Mountains. This well-maintained reserve features BBQ facilities under cover alongside picnic tables, complemented by a small pond that attracts ducks and various waterbirds throughout the year. The covered picnic area provides weather protection, while a children's playground with swings and slides keeps younger visitors entertained. Paved walking paths circle the pond, making it accessible for all abilities, with park benches positioned to maximise the stunning westward views. Spring brings new life with ducklings and vibrant scenery, though the pond can dry during hot summers. The reserve serves as a peaceful escape for walking, jogging, yoga, or simply enjoying nature, with its quiet atmosphere perfect for picnic dinners while watching the sunset. This photographer's delight combines natural beauty with practical amenities, creating an ideal spot for both solo reflection and family gatherings.
